A desirable candidate should have the following attributes: Techno-commercial professional with a successful track record adept in breaking new markets with 10 – 20 Years’ experience in B2B top rated companies, preferably in asphalt, speciality chemicals, road contracting companies. Should have a pleasing personality with excellent communication, networking skills and technical acumen. MBA from premier institutes with BE / M Tech Civil or Geotechnical.
