Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

About the Job:
The Regional Sales Manager will be in charge of a big sales team across multiple states. They will work with the company's partners (like distributors) to meet sales goals. This person will also hire new sales staff, keep track of what the sales team does every day, and watch what the competition is doing. They need to make sure payments go smoothly and that everything runs well in their area.

What you need:
Around 15 years of total work experience.
7-10 years of experience in a similar sales job, preferably in the food industry.
A bachelor's degree (a master's degree is a plus).
Good analytical and team handling skills.
Good knowledge of the area.
Knowledge of how food companies work.
Experience managing sales in multiple states.
A strong drive to meet targets.
Ability to find ways to cover more areas and increase market share.
Ability to train junior sales staff.
