Real-time assessment of our business position in the territory (i.e., SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer input, competition, etc.) Creation of a solid business plan and on-going activity plan. Create Sales plan and Implement the Sales strategy.
Execution of all sales processes and strategies
Accurate territory forecasting. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Need to manage the existing customers, visit existing clients, and develop relationships. Make visits to Solar developers, Solar EPCs, Rooftop System Integrators, Approval bodies and other PSUs to promote ECS PV product range like MC4 connectors, cables, and junction boxes.
Need to develop new customers, OEMs, System Integrators, Machine builders, Solar EPCs
Participate and take complete responsibility of product promotions through exhibitions, seminars, conferences, presentations etc.
Liaison with all Government, semi-government bodies to promote ECS PV product range and take necessary product approvals.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Achieve the Sales targets and goals set for the Region and develop the Region for the ECS PV product portfolio.
Ability to propose realistic technical solutions to meet customer’s requirements.
Ability to manage the long sales cycle from initial contact to first order, steps both technical and sales related that need to be addressed one by one.
Manage the work of the team, perform the reviews of the team, and share timely feedback. Motivate and develop the competencies of the team to achieve their targets.
