Role - Regional Head
Location- Bangalore, MumbaiRole description:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the targeted partner
network
o Conduct customer mapping, market research and competitor analysis to identify
opportunities for effective sales strategies

2. Sales Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
o Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback to team members

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributor partners,
financial advisors, and other key stakeholders
o Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients in
the financial sector
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure client
satisfaction
4. Sales Operations:
o Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure it is accurately maintained and updated
o Implement sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in
generating Assets Under Management (AUM)
o Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations teams to ensure a
cohesive approach to sales and client satisfaction5. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
o Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products
o Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting
the private market investment industry
o Provide expert advice and insights to clients and investors regarding fund performance
and investment strategiesCandidate description:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant
advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in a senior sales role within an Asset Management Company.
Understanding of Private Market is preferred but not necessary
• Strong network and relationship with top private banks & wealth management set-ups
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Results-oriented with a strong track.
