Strong technical knowledge of bitumen-based roads and pavement solutions, including their applications, specifications, and performance characteristics.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse sales and marketing team.
Willingness to travel as required. The responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Drive sales of bitumen additives (warm mix asphalt additives, antistrip additives, tack emulsion additives) to contractors doing highways, State Roads, Rural roads and City Roads. Set up market network / alliances as required.
Develop supply agreements with contractors, and facilitate product approvals. Initiate and direct Lab trials / investigations related to asphalt performance.
Explore additional opportunities and strategize technology penetration in additional infrastructure opportunities viz. railways, airports, large infra industrial parks etc.
Engage with the multiple stakeholders in the Road Industry Viz. Contractors, Refineries, Highway Administrators, and Professors etc.
Grow and manage team for deepening the footprint.
Do competition analysis of markets and devise appropriate strategy for the markets
