Regional Operations Controller will be responsible for managing entire operations for tagged warehouses /branches.

• Monitoring the P&L of the region backed by the commercial sense of Operations
• Developing and implementing SOPs with a customer first approach
• Building a culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity
improvement tools
• Driving overall performance of all the warehouses; performing stock audits with an idea of zero variance
• Finalizing the transport agreements with the vendors on the minimum viable rates and process for the movements
• Conducting weekly call with all the blue collars to understand the ground issues and supervising, guiding and
motivating them towards the common goals; manpower management & retention
• Executing daily calls with the Branch Managers on their performances, movements & issues
• Optimizing operational cost including (Petty cash, Transport cost, Misc. expenses)
• Expanding new branches as per the business needs
• Forecasting stock and analyzing the requirement from the warehouses
• Scrutinizing and approving the expenses, invoices of the branches used under various heads.
• Adherence to warehouse management 5S
• Monthly Provisions submission & maintaining various operations reports (Roaster, Task Assignment)
Skills Required:
• At least 4-5 years of work experience in Operations role (Warehousing, Logistics, Rentals etc.)
• Have managed a team of 20+ members with direct reporting.
• Must have handled blue color employees as well
• Communication skills + Soft Skills
