Manage 4 simultaneous projects across 3 to 4 clients depending on the client and
project size
Prepare SOW: Understand all client requirements, typical project specs, reporting and

Create project budgets in conjunction with client and seek their approval; strict
adherence to the budget
Create internal project workflows including technical workflows (searches, layouts,
QC, analytics etc.)
Coordinate internal training plans for projects from dedicated clients
Responsible for overall quality and productivity on their respective client projects
Provides oversights for project and technical workflows and challenges; collaborating
on with internal teams to resolve issues and continue smooth working
Team and People Management
- Typically has team of 2 APMs, 3-4 TLs, 60-80 Sr Associates/Associates
- Handle team escalations; giving feedbacks
- Mentoring and identifying team members for growth
- Performance ManagementQualifications / Work
Experience / Skills- Must be an attorney
- Minimum of 4-5 years as a PM in legal industry across eDiscovery services
- CIR/MDR experience
- People management
Dealing with challenging team members and the outcome
Be a mentor to APMs and TLs
- Communication: Written and verbal – excellent English skills
- Technology
Relativity and other major platforms
Rel Certification is preferred
