The role entails heading the entire credit department, including Regional Sales Managers (RCMs), Area Credit Managers (ACMs), and Branch Credit Managers (BCMs), developing and implementing comprehensive credit policies, and ensuring alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of the NBFC or HFC sector.
