Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Governance:
• Support project managers in tracking detailed project execution plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices in wind project execution.
• Drive project governance through regular reviews and stage-gate processes.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track progress of wind projects across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for schedule, cost, and quality KPIs.
• Provide analytical insights and highlight deviations to enable timely decision-making.
3. Risk Management:
• Identify project risks across the lifecycle and assist in formulating mitigation plans.
• Maintain risk registers and follow up on closure of critical issues.
4. Stakeholder Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, HSE, finance) and external vendors/contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and provide project updates to senior leadership.
5. Documentation & Knowledge Management:
• Ensure project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices are captured and institutionalized.
• Standardize templates and processes for project tracking and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering; MBA (desirable but not mandatory).
• 7–10 years of experience in project execution, with at least 3 years in wind energy projects.
• Hands-on experience in project tracking tools (MS Project/Power BI/Excel dashboards).
• Familiarity with regulatory, land acquisition, and permitting processes in wind projects.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in analytical reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of wind project technicalities, logistics, and construction.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with a solution-oriented mindset.
