8. Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and
presents solutions and /or options to executive management. Ensures effective
implementation of solutions / changes.
9. Maintain and upkeep project/program management systems for project data
management, reporting and performance measurement. In coordination with IT
team, develop and implement new systems as per requirement of business.
10. Interface to internal customers to agree upon project specifications,
deliverables, and milestones. Responsible for working together with marketing
and business development teams.
11. Responsible for defining and tracking technical goals, milestones, and
deliverables for project team.
12. Represent project and project team, manages project status and information in
the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic,
and graphic reports to internal customers and leadership teams.
