Key Responsibilities:
...- Growth Strategy: Build and execute high-ROI acquisition & retention marketing strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic advertising, and influencer collaborations.
- Full-Funnel Performance Marketing: Drive top-of-the-funnel awareness, conversions, and CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) growth.
- MarTech & Analytics: Utilize tools like Triple Whale, GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, Amplitude, and Clevertap/moengage etc for campaign analytics and optimization.
- CRO & Retention: Work closely with product & tech teams to enhance conversion rates, optimize landing pages, and drive repeat purchases via CRM and email automation.
- Performance Budgeting: Manage multi-crore ad budgets, optimize CAC:LTV ratio, and scale efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and mentor a team of performance marketers, analysts, and marketing automation specialists.
Requirements:
- Experience in growth marketing for a D2C brand (preferably food or FMCG).
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.
- Strong grasp of SEO, paid search, display advertising, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation & AI-powered ad tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach.
