The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the NBFC, including financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This role ensures compliance with relevant regulations and laws, especially those set by the RBI. The Finance Manager will also handle cash flow management, financial risk, and help in making strategic decisions to improve the company’s financial performance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, attention to detail, and the ability to provide financial guidance in a fast-paced NBFC environment.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning: Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support business goals.

Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements specific to NBFCs.

Treasury and Cash Flow: Manage day-to-day cash flows, optimize fund utilization, and oversee loan disbursements and collections.

Risk Assessment: Monitor asset quality, evaluate financial risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and insights for board presentations and decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with banks, lenders, and investors to secure funding and maintain strong relationships.

Audit and Governance: Manage internal and external audits while ensuring full compliance with financial policies.
