Qualification: LLB (3 or 5 years)
Experience : 3 - 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
i) Drafting/ review/ negotiating of business contracts/ renewal contracts as per the request of business and maintaining the repository/ MIS of the same.
ii) Support to the company litigation - follow up with advocates for case status, review of draft replies/ rejoinders/ applications, preparing the summary of the cases, preparing draft reply of legal notices for review etc.
iii) Provide administrative support by conducting legal research, update of cases/ contracts/ presentations, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings etc.
iv) Gather, compile and verify the information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
v) Documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures.
vi) Participate as a team member on department related business enquiries, improvement assignments and projects.
