1. Financial Strategy & Planning:

2. Financial Management & Reporting:

3. Fundraising & Treasury Management:

• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Optimize the company’s capital structure and cost of funds.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate
governance norms.
• Implement and monitor risk management policies, including credit, market, and
operational risks.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies (RBI, NHB) and ensure timely submissions of
financial reports.
5. Internal Controls & Audit:
• Establish robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure timely internal and external audits.
• Implement fraud prevention mechanisms and governance best practices.
6. Business Growth & Expansion:
• Support new product development and expansion strategies.
• Assess financial viability of new business opportunities, partnerships, and
acquisitions.
• Align financial strategies with long-term business growth plans.
7. Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring professional development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success. Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• Experience: 15+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in housing finance,
NBFC, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of RBI, NHB, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in financial planning, fundraising, treasury management, and risk
control.
