• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
• Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
• Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT systems / MIS / ERP modules.
• Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants,
internal auditors etc.)
• Oversee all audit and internal control operations
• Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with Banks / Financial
Intuitions / partners and investors.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to top management.
• Ensure compliances and filing of various information under the company law and related bodies.
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines and statutory requirements Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Knowledge and experience of handling IPO is desirable
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. ERP)
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• CA with over 15 years of experience. Deliverables:
1. Arranging Working Capital as per the requirements
2. Arranging finances for Capital Expenses (for Plant & Machinery) for expansion plans.
3. Reduction of existing over all finance cost by deploying mix of strategies.
4. Planning and working for company’s IPO in near future.
5. Closing of monthly accounts / MIS, Annual accounts in time so as to meet the statutory dead lines
6. Ensuring compliances of all statutory dues and filing within time period.
7. Bank compliance / Stock statement / renewal of CC / Interest working verifications / Bank visits
8. Overseeing the company secretarial work and compliances.
