2. Technical Expertise & Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of engineering services (Basic/Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management)
- Knowledge of industrial processes and regulatory requirements in chemical, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, and plant engineering sectors
- Experience with emerging technologies, digitalization, and automation in engineering
3. Business Development & Client Management
- Strong skills in business development to acquire new clients and projects
