ensure CRM compliance from your sales team.
Daily visits to clients, architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMC) as per company
norms. When required, do joint visits with sales team members, especially for large enquiries.
Making product presentations to clients. Understanding the products, drawings & technical

Providing timely quotations, catalogues, and samples to the concerned clients.
Participate in price negotiations, get the order (PO) and advance. Coordinating with the supply
chain team for timely deliveries.
Responsible for timely collections as per company payment terms for all projects executed by
the branch. Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients.
Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring.
Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & attending to other important client related
matters.
Preferably should have experience of about 5 years selling office chairs and modular furniture to
private projects.
