Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business growth and operational excellence, focusing
on unsecured business loans and customer-centric solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and business development
while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including loan processing, collections, and customer service,
ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and profitability, while identifying and mitigating
operational and credit risks.
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and drive productivity to achieve branch targets
effectively.
• Having experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales will be considered a significant advantage.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in the similar field within a financial institution, with at least 2 years of
proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Language expertise: Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Looking for male candidates within the age range of 28 to 32 years
