Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement paid media strategies and tactics that align with the business’
objectives within the digital team, as well as with other marketing and technical teams.
2. App marketing experience including App store optimization, User acquisition campaign
management (download/install/registration/sales) as per the mode of business

3. Hand on experience of Marketplace Marketing, Advertising & maintenance (Amazon,
Flipkart, Jiomart, Myntra etc)
4. ShareChat, Snapchat advertisement experience
5. Prior experience of using mobile/website marketing analytics and attribution platform
like Appsflyer, Microsoft Clarity
6. Knowledge of backend cloud computing service and application development platform
like Firebase
7. SDK, GA4, Tag Manager – Ecommerce data layer push and integration
8. Prior experience of using 3rd party tools like SEMrush, Similar Web, Screening Frog,
Keyword Planner, Ahref would be counted as an add-on
9. Manage social media, paid search, display and media buying initiatives, as well as digital
team processes (i.e. reporting using Looker Studio, ad copies, keyword strategies, etc.)
10. Audit and maintain/improve paid media performance for our web properties and
brands while building on to analytics & monitoring tools.
11. Function as an internal subject matter to guiding technical teams (technical product
owners, architects) on the best approach for new website features, functionality, and
improvements to improve ads quality (i.e. page loading times, landing page wireframes,
etc.)
12. Partner with other marketing teams to improve paid performance contribution to the
entire conversion funnel, at all touch-points in the purchase lifecycle and not only
focusing on last-click/any-click attribution.
13. Develop insights and strategies and stay up to date on the newest search, marketing
and ecommerce trends.
14. Maintain knowledge and understanding of paid requirements of other marketing and
technical employees.
