The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all the aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, preferably within the manufacturing industry, and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with all the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates
- Manage employees’ relations issues, including, conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions and grievances, in compliance with company polices and legal requirements.
- Implement and monitor performance management system to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance.
- Identify training and development need and coordinate training programs and enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuing, competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and updates as needed.
- Maintain HR records, employees’ personal records and prepare reports for management review as required.
