Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee morale and identify areas for
improvement.
Implement strategies to recognize and reward employee contributions.Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance
evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources (MBA from Tier-1 or 2) Business Schools.
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR operations,
policies, processes, Learning & Development, and training.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all
levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Experience working in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
