Highlights of this role-
- Workforce Planning – Build a workforce ( Insider and Business Associates) plan along with Operations team basis business deliverables each month, keeping the organization P&L in mind.
- Workforce Pool – Build the adequate workforce pool in line with the workforce plan across each store
- Workforce Retention – Lead the Associate Experience team which works with fleet managers to utilize and retain frontline Business Associates
- Workforce Cost – Support Operations leaders with relevant i nsights and data to have close track and timely corrections which help manage workforce cost lines as per company P&L budgets
- Compliances – 100% compliances on all frontline workforce related aspects – Back ground Verification, Food Handler Test etc.
- Tech developments – Work closely with Operations and Engineering teams basis ground feedback in developing/ partnering on new products and technologies related to frontline workforce.
