- Job Title: Assistant Manager - Human Resource

Purpose:
- Responsible for supporting various HR functions.
- Ensures smooth HR department operations and compliance with HR laws.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assist Hiring Manager in recruitment.
- Coordinate with agencies for job requirements and advertisements.
- Screen resumes and recommend candidates.
- Follow up on documentation and procedures for selected candidates.
- Conduct new employee orientation.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and schedule training programs.
- Identify and develop training needs.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in conflict resolution.
- Support HR Manager in investigations and disciplinary actions.
Statutory Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act and CPF Act.
- Liaise with government bodies and statutory boards.
- Provide information for research purposes required by laws.
Workplace Events and Activities:
- Support in organizing events for teamwork, work-life balance, and healthy lifestyle.
- Participate in committees representing HR.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Masters in HR or Personnel Management or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- People-oriented.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience: 10-15 years
