Responsibilities:

·Ensure effective execution and monitoring of these strategies across the assigned zone to maximize JAL's market presence.
·Monitor the competitive landscape, demand-supply dynamics, and regulatory changes to create strategies that enhance JAL's market penetration and brand visibility.
·Manage the complete sales cycle for JAL, from business development, customer acquisition, to payment collection.
·Identify, retain, and incentivize top-performing sales teams, including field sales employees, distributors, and stockists, for JAL.
·Coordinate sales operations to maximize JAL's market share in the bottled water segment across the zone.
·Provide strong leadership and team support to accomplish corporate objectives, achieve sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service for JAL.
·Develop and implement effective market strategies for JAL, aligned with business objectives, cultivating strong relationships with business partners.
·Oversee sales operations and services to ensure customer satisfaction and targeted profitability for JAL.
·Manage the design and evaluation of marketing and sales budgets for compliance with JAL’s organizational goals.
·Measure and analyze ROI and KPIs to ensure the success of sales efforts for JAL.
·Lead and execute the annual events plan for JAL in key markets to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
