Job Timing- 7 am to 3 pm , 3 pm to 12 pm and night shift 8:15 pm to 5:45 am
Weekly rotational shift and rotational off 1 day

Language: English + Tamil or Telugu
Exprience- Minimum 1 Years . Material planning, Material management and inventory management
SAP experience is preferred.

Role & responsibility
Collaborate with all departments to achieve overall company objectives.
- Monitor the missing parts and track the ETA from material planners
- GSI SAP Knowledge with MM,WM,PP Modules
- Knowledge in Material receiving, Accounting and Put away activities
- Knowledge in Material storage, Kitting, and line feeding activities.
- Maintain the stock accuracy by performing the on time GSI transactions for both Receipt and Issue of material
- Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring all materials are available in production line well in advance.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g.,Indus, Quality, Warehouse, Material Planning) to facilitate smooth operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Warehouse and Line feeding activities (Cogi/IDOC/Negative stock/Consumption/902/On time GRN).
- Provide regular reports on Warehouse activity status and metrics to management.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the safety of the products during handling and storage by the team.
- Address any quality issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
- Lead and coach respective internal teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Conduct training for team on Warehouse processes and lean methodologies and continuous improvement actions.
- Identify and troubleshoot Warehouse operation (Receiving/Kitting/Line Feeding) bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for production staff.
- Participate in lean initiatives, such as Kaizen events, to improve processes and reduce waste.
- Encourage team involvement in identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
