Job Summary:
The Tolling Coordinator will support the Tolling Manager in overseeing tolling operations, managing documentation, and maintaining records. This role involves coordination with third-party manufacturing sites, assisting with production scheduling, and ensuring compliance with inventory and required standards. Additionally, the coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks and support the Tolling Manager in various operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tolling Operations Support: Assist the Tolling Manager in coordinating tolling processes with third-party manufacturers, tracking production schedules, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Documentation and Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to tolling operations, including production records, inventory logs, and compliance reports.
- SAP Management: Perform tasks related to PR-PO processes, service receipt (GRN), and inventory tracking using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Consumption entries and support to tollers for trouble shotting
- Inventory and Cycle Count Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and ensuring all records are properly maintained.
- Material Dispatch Coordination: Help in coordinating the dispatch of materials from tolling sites, ensuring proper documentation and communication with logistics teams.
- SOX Compliance: Ensure all processes, particularly in the areas of procurement, inventory management, and documentation, comply with SOX regulations.
- KPI Monitoring: Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) for tolling operations, including production timelines, inventory levels, and vendor performance.
- Daily Task Assistance: Assist the Tolling Manager with daily operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and issue resolution related to tolling activities.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to facilitate smooth tolling operations and resolve any arising issues.
- Compliance and Reporting: Help maintain compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements, preparing regular reports on tolling operations and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in supply chain, production planning, or toll manufacturing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP (PR-PO process, service receipt/GRN, inventory management).
- Experience with cycle counts, SOX compliance, and KPI monitoring.
