Territory Sales Officer (Offroll)
JD for Vending Off-role TSO:
1. Account Acquisition:
a. Generate Leads
b. Do Demos
c. Closure of new accounts within the guard rails (signing of contract)
2. Account Retention
a. % machines retained – to ensure customer satisfaction for the machines under this
persons responsibility, two key parameters being timely supplies (fully responsible for
this) and Service (liase with service teams to ensure it is done in a timely manner)
b. In the event of a pull-out coordinate with service teams to ensure machine is moved
back to DB point without any damage and immediately plan for its re-deployment.
3. Tracking of Machines:
a. Distributor has to certify availability of machines by location. Ensure DB submits this in a
timely manner for the machines he/she is responsible for.
b. Business Throughput Monthly average sale per machine (secondary – DB billing to
account
