Maintain accurate inventory records—manual and system-based—and update stock
regularly.

Handle technical tools and site equipment, track their movement, and ensure proper
storage and maintenance.
Prepare daily/weekly material consumption reports and assist in material reconciliation for

Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to plan daily material requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for internal audits and inspections.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.
Good knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and usage.
Strong experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and handling tools/equipment.
Ability to read and understand material specifications, BOQs, and construction
drawings.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently at project sites.
Basic understanding of safety practices related to material handling and storage.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work with project teams. Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Inventory
Management (preferred).
Training or certification in inventory or warehouse management is an added
advantage.
