Provide regular progress updates to the team and lead pre- and post-interview meetings/prep sessions⦁ Full Life Cycle RecruitmentExecute the full lifecycle recruitment process, maintaining open communication with candidates and stakeholdersCoordinate interview scheduling, gather necessary approvals, and negotiate offers⦁ Social Media and Brand BuildingActively use social media platforms to build brand awareness and attract top-of-funnel candidate flow.⦁ Internal NetworkingBuild strong internal relationships to understand the firm's culture, enhance awareness of hiring needs, and generate employee referrals⦁ Advanced Sourcing TechniquesUtilize strong research skills, including data mining, lead generation, Boolean searches, and other sophisticated sourcing techniques⦁ Multitasking and Deadline ManagementSuccessfully manage multiple concurrent searches and meet deliverable deadlines⦁ Organization and PrioritizationDemonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize projects and deliverablesQualifications:⦁ Proven expertise with MS Office Suite software, LinkedIn ATS, and CRM platforms, experience with ICIMS, Fieldglass and CEIPAL is a plus.
⦁ Hands on experience with W2, C2C & Full-time, 1099.
⦁ Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing & interview process management.
⦁ Strong consulting skills, possessing strong analytical skills.
⦁ Excellent in communication & English comprehension.
⦁ Demonstrable initiative, resourcefulness, self-management, and personal accountability.
⦁ Dedication to teamwork and desire to contribute to a highly collaborative environment.
⦁ Must have worked in US shift timings. Mandatory
⦁ Must have worked with US IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation companies. Mandatory
