In this role we are looking for a Non IT recruiter having 3 plus years of experience managing end to end recruitments & hiring in Temp vertical. Experience in FMCG, FMCD, Retail, Ecommerce, Service, Manufacturing, Healthcare hiring will be preferred.The purpose of this position is to manage clients assigned within a specific industry sector and effectively handle various recruitment requirements (roles) by passionately providing the right set of talent to clients within the agreed time frames using social networking sites, job portals, internal databases, and references.Description / Responsibilities- Coordinate with candidates (talents) and client stakeholders- Recruiting through various job boards such as Naukri, LinkedIn including other channels including head hunting, job fairs, campus recruitments- Hands on in using naukri including job posting, mass mailing via naukri (response management)- Understanding and knowledge of job advertising via online channels and other social media platforms- Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies to generate talent pipeline- Managing end to end delivery cycle of client hirings- Pre Screening, Screening including validation of candidates & talents- Performing in-person, telephonic and personal interviews, interacting with candidates and performing reference and background checks.- Salary Negotiations with selected candidates, collection of onboarding documents & ensuring timely onboarding (issuing offer, appointment letters etc)- Coordination & follow up with internal (delivery teams, client partners, sales, finance, operations teams) and external stakeholders (clients, candidates)- Timely invoicing and collections against the placed candidates- Follow up with client stakeholders for invoice payments- Effective use & updating of ATS along with adherence to ABFSDesired Experience & Qualification- 3-5 years of work experience predominantly in temp business (non IT)- Experience in managing client & internal stakeholders especially in contract hiring domain- Strong Communication (written & spoken) along effective negotiation & interpersonal skills- Target-oriented, organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines- Graduate/Post Graduate
