Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirement Analysis:
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand the specific needs of each technical role.
Assist in creating and refining job descriptions, ensuring they accurately represent the skills and qualifications required.
Sourcing and Talent Pool Development:
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify the best-fit candidates based on qualifications, experience, and technical skills.
Utilize technical assessments or coordinate coding challenges (if applicable) to evaluate candidate competencies.
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate motivations, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
Interview Coordination and Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process by managing logistics and communication with both candidates and interviewers.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Support hiring managers by providing feedback from interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with team requirements and candidate expectations.
Share updates regularly on the status of candidate pipelines and provide recommendations for next steps.
Offer Management and Negotiation:
Support in the preparation of job offers, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.
Assist in negotiating salary and benefits as required while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Onboarding Support:
Assist the HR team in preparing necessary onboarding documents and ensure the new hires are set up for success.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback from candidates and interviewers to improve the recruitment process.
Stay up to date with best practices in technical recruiting and industry trends.
