Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs
• Ensure the required staffing need is fulfilled within the set timelines.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
• Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, record
management (internal and external)
• Maintain and periodically update the job description database across all
departments and levels in collaboration with the HR team.
• Effectively manage the vendors and vendor KPIs.
• Ensure timely preparation and sharing of periodical MIS reports & dashboards for
management.
• Support in other HR generalist projects.

• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple
tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all
internal & external stakeholders
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making
capability
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective
independently.
• Expert level MS Excel and Powerpoint.
• Preferably having an experience of working on ATS or software for TA.
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree with post-graduation in Human Resources
