Responsibilities
 Conduct candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommendation of
candidates for all levels of positions
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruiting
strategies
 Source candidates through online channels, social media, job boards, and professional networks
 Utilize global Talent processes and HRIS systems to ensure proper candidate management,
compliance, and reporting
 Ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience from introduction through hire
 Develop direct candidate sourcing and selection strategy for the India and APAC region
 Review current recruitment practice across the region to assist in the on-going development our
recruitment best practices
 Assist in the development and implementation of standard company terms for engagement with
key recruitment suppliers in region
 Support the on-going development of employment branding and social media campaigns
 Collaborates with Global Talent Team on various projects
