Objectives of this role
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Identify and onboard good hiring consultants and review existing consultants based on their performance
- Create dashboards and HR related reports by building strong presentations for audits and management meetings
- Oversee employee onboarding and manage new joiner logistics to ensure a smooth joining experience
- Contribute to HR projects related to Management Trainee program, quality of hires, hiring process efficiency etc.
- Manage the background verification process end-to-end
- Maintain data hygiene and ensure accuracy in HRMS
- Support employee engagement activities as and when needed
