Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet bulk hiring needs, including sourcing plans, interview processes, and onboarding procedures.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective recruitment.
External Agency Management:
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and cost-effectiveness.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new hires.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology and innovative techniques to streamline operations and enhance the candidate experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
