Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and act as a point of contact for IT candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Sourcing Support: Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening IT candidates using online tools, databases, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Interview Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to arrange technical and panel interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, specifically IT professionals, including technical setup coordination.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, track recruitment metrics, and prepare reports on hiring status and KPIs related to IT hiring.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with hiring managers and IT department heads to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment on candidate qualifications.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trends in IT recruitment and talent acquisition, such as salary benchmarks, skill demands, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Employer Branding: Support efforts to strengthen the employer brand in the IT space, collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for IT talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies, diversity initiatives, and employment regulations.
