Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a technology-related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience of working in an ITIL best practice environment with familiarity with
Change, Incident and Problem Management.
Ability to continuously improve service levels.
Must have significant experience of support in a 24 x 7 production environment.
Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, VMware
vSphere 5.x/6.x, backup technologies, systems monitoring and multiple vendor Servers/Blades
hardware
Proven desktop and system administration support skills.
Previous experience of working in eDiscovery desirable but not essential.
Understanding of large Storage environments, with experience of Hyper-Converged solutions
(Nutanix) desirable.
An understanding of network technologies and troubleshooting.
Accreditations such as ITIL V3, Microsoft certifications, CCNA and/or VCP together with previous
project management experience would be advantageous.
Linux and Powershell experience would be advantageous.
