1. Responsible for all items expediting required for packaging and testing of machines which includes but not limited to fabricated items, instruments, valves, motors, heat exchangers and separators.
2. Expeditor to ensure documents are submitted by Vendor as per agreed document schedule including key documents like GAD, Datasheet, QAP etc.
3. To prepare and monitor vendor document turnround and raise red flags regarding any deviation with reference to project schedule.
4. Visiting vendor places and ensure prioritization, procurement schedule, manufacturing schedule for project orders in place and to be followed. Any deviation alarm to be raised & also plan

alternatives to mitigate delay/risk.

1. Also ensure sub vendor or sub vendor’s sub vendor ordering, follow up, visit irrespective of vendor locations to ensure delivery of Copco order.
2. Involve stakeholders in process wherever their intervention required e.g.QAP approval is pending- involve Quality team and resolve issues in process.
3. Liaison with inspection agencies for on time inspections and also ensure dispatches in line with schedule and in coordination with buyer.
4. Reporting to respective buyer for progress.
5. Monthly reporting of expediting activities ( Expected/delivery dates Vs expedited dates)

1. Work closely with shop for given schedules of packaging at our end and vendor end.
2. For all fabricated items - Visit vendors, sub vendors and ensuring receipt in finish stage/assembly on machine.
3. Coordinate between different agencies to resolve in process issues to bring improvement in delivery.
4. Act as responsible interface between shop and vendor for streamlining of expediting activities.
5. Once machine will be on shop floor reporting of daily activities at vendor’s end to shop for progress and raising red flags, creating mitigation plans and to achieve deadlines.
6. Responsible for all vendor dependent activities required for packaging of machines.
7. Any other tasks timely defined by shop as per need of work and organization.

2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in supplier expeditor role
