We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Recruiter with over 3 years of specialized experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in various roles across pharmaceutical sectors, from R&D and clinical trials to regulatory affairs and commercial operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industry-specific needs, a strong network, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical sector, including but not limited to clinical research, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and sales.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media, job boards, and industry-specific networks to identify and engage passive candidates. Build and maintain a talent pool of high-caliber professionals.
