- 3-5 years of experience in production within the automobile manufacturing industry.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills ( 7qc Tools, Lean Tools, SMED, Kaizen, 5S)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
- Monitor production lines for quality and efficiency, ensuring that equipment is running at optimal capacity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor to minimize delays.
- Basic Knowledge of TPM. (Total Productive maintenance)
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Know- How of PDCA cycle.
- Knowledge of WI, Control Plan, Cycle time calculation, Time study ,poka-yoke
