- Exposure to HR areas - Policies, Compensation, PMF, Learning & Development, Employee engagement, Communication etc.
- Understanding of HR Processes & systems end to end
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for functions like Manufacturing, Sales, Technical etc.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels [job boards, social media, agencies etc] to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Planning & execution of Campus interview for diverse talent.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process.
