- To achieve top line for the segment in line with the Organization budget
- To achieve DSO target, monitor receivables for the segment.
- Manage customer contracts, commercial activities and price settlements.
- Drive the New Business Acquisition and focus on the Future business growth for the segment.
- RFQ Management and ensure on the Conversion ratio for business acquisition.
- Drive and lead Order Management for the segment with the help of reporting team
- Mapping of competition, their activities and formulating appropriate strategies relevant for the segment
- Coordinate and work with cross functional team, Program Management team to drive customer projects and requirements.
- Work on the Annual Budget for segment and lead all the key strategic activities for the segment.
