Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor category performance, identify
opportunities, and inform decision-making. Present insights and recommendations to senior
leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to
align strategies and drive category initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers
and retailers, to negotiate terms and optimize product placement. Ideal Candidate:
Experience in category management within the FMCG industry. (10-15 years of work experience)
Proven experience in assortment planning, planogramming, and space management.
Experience with category management software such as Nielsen, IRI, or JDA; proficiency in
planogram software such as Blue Yonder (formerly JDA), Shelf IQ, or Spaceman.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) is an advantage.
