- Responsible for follow up of New Tool development in In-house/Supplier End
- Raw material planning for New tool manufacturing against the Mold standards and ensure to maintain the RM Inventory.
- Plan for pre-machining activity in conventional and preparing drawings for Pre-machining.
- Follow up with Heat treatment supplier for inserts & ensure the lead time.
- Ensure all individual elements before & after inspection report documented.
- Ensure the final matching as per drawing and assembly dimension inspection report documented.
- Handover the mold to process trials with all the inspection report, accessories & handover checklist as per APQP plan.
- Adhering the plan vs actual of Tool manufacturing and on time of delivery of Molds as per APQP plan.
- To be a part of Process T0 trials and rectifying the issues based on trial feedback and handover for subsequent trials.
- To guide the operators on Mold rectification and ensuring First time right of product.
- To maintain all Master Record of tool manufacturing, heat treatment, test certificates, Trial reports & Product report.
- To maintain & Keep Records for all under development Sample /Master Samples.
- To Maintained Department KPI & IATF Documentation as per IATF Guidelines.
