As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle.You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.Your role will involve leading and managing software development projects in a dynamic environment. Professional & Technical Skills: -Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript- Strong understanding of software development methodologiesExperience in developing and configuring software systemsKnowledge of Temenos Quantum UXPHands-on experience in implementing software solutionsAbility to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issuesBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.5+ years of experience in JavaScript development.Proven experience with Temenos UXP platform.Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including asynchronous programming, closures, and DOM manipulation.Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js - specify desired framework if any).Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience leading or mentoring junior developersExperience with other Temenos products.Knowledge of mobile development (iOS or Android).Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.Experience working in an Agile environment.
