• A PhD or 5+ years of industrial experience in the areas of biotechnology/engineering with expertise in developing sensors and diagnostic assays
• Strong prior background in protein biochemistry including immunoassays, and protein modification/conjugation. Background in steroid/vitamin chemistry and assay development for small molecules is a bonus.
• An ability to interface with other teams in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Very good analytical skills backed by a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to organize meetings and present data to superiors and company management lead
• Deep technical knowledge in at least one area related to IVD development with the ability to solve technical problems through individual effort where required
