Maintain Documents for the above as per QMS
2.Cutomer Complaint and Resolution
- Register the complaint in the FCM/CCR once received complaint/concern form the customer
- Prepare ICA and communication with Global/local team for Corrective Actions
- Follow up for the closure for complaint with teams and customer
3.QMS Internal Audits
- Prepare a plan for QMS Internal Audits like LPA, Process, Complaint Effectiveness
- Coordinate with Internal Team for Audits and adhere plan vs actual
- NC follow up and closure with concerned teams
4.Customer/WHSE Return Handling
- Coordinate with WHSE/Internal teams for Suspect call back and account in plant SAP
- Register on the Entry and out transactions
- Derive action plan for Segregation and disposition actions
- Coordinate with Finance and Internal Teams for the action and Disposition
- Escalate to stake holders, in case of non-adherence of target.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Calibration and MSA
- Prepare monthly plan for Calibration of Instruments in the Plant
- Prepare a Plan for MSA according to the QMS
- Prepare Plan for Weighing Machine Govt Stamping
- Maintain and adhere the calibration/MSA/stamping of instruments according to plan
- Maintain Documents for the above as per QMS
