- Shared Service Operations:

- Ensure a positive employee experience by addressing HR-related concerns promptly.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Streamline workflows to enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR operations.
- Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with external vendors for services such as payroll processing, background verification, and employee benefits.
- Compliance
- Stay updated on labour laws, statutory requirements, and compliance regulations specific to India.
- Ensure adherence to legal guidelines in all HR practices.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
