Lease Administration & Leasing Operations Management.
• Monitoring lease expiration dates, termination notices, renewal notices and all other
communication
• Manage the pre-opening responsibilities like finalizing the zoning/ business plan on the
basis of mall layout, identify the potential list of retailers/brands to be approached.
• Oversee the process of drafting and finalizing the Leave and License Agreement and
ensure that all the terms incorporated in the agreements are unambiguous and as per
mutual agreement.
• Strive to drive up rentals & exceed Business Plan numbers.
• MIS Preparation and presentation on Weekly and monthly basis.
• Create and maintain all the deal summaries for the submission of EOI/ LOI /ATL/ LD/ MOU
and approvals.
• Conducting inspections, managing repairs, and renovations, coordinating with outside
vendors, and assisting with event planning and execution.
