- Lead the annual budgeting, reporting, and planning process and Preparation of Annual Business Plan.
- Finalize audited Balance Sheet and Oversee the annual audit process and support in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting and Preparation and Analysis of various MIS with respect to Business Unit/Division Wise Revenue and Expenses.
- Analysis of Receivable and Payable Position.
- Oversee annual and quarterly performance management reporting across the company. Actively contribute to strategic discussions on the company's strategy and performance.
- Preparation and Coordination with Business/Division Head for Monthly Review of Order, Revenue, Profitability, Outstanding Position, Action for Improving Profitability/Margin etc.
- Oversee and optimize all finance management processes.
- Enhancement of financial management processes to drive better decisions in support of accelerated growth
- Other Jobs as assign by Reporting Authority.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- CA with 6-8 Years of experience or CMA with 10-15 Years of experience
- Having Knowledge of Balance Sheet Finalisation,
- Good Command in MS Office and Data Analytical Skill
- Have Good Working Knowledge of SAP B1 (Will be preferred if having Experience as Core User in SAP B1 Implementation)
- Candidate should be a team player with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, merit-oriented environment. Should be willing to take feedback and adopt it in their work and should be effective communicator with strong oral and written skills.
Salary Budget: 15-18 lakhs per annum (Negotiable based on experience)
